Important Notice Regarding the Right to Repair in Quebec
The Consumer Protection Act requires that all merchants inform you, before entering into a contract, of the availability of replacement parts, repair services, and technical information necessary for the maintenance and repair of the vehicle you are purchasing. Thus:
IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT Val-d'Or Mazda offers no guarantee regarding the availability of any of the following:
- Replacement parts for all new and used vehicles sold;
- Repair services;
- Information necessary for the maintenance or repair of all vehicles sold.
This notice does not limit the manufacturer's warranty offered with the purchase of a vehicle, subject to the future availability of replacement parts, repair services, or information necessary for the maintenance or repair of the vehicle or its components.
Mazda Canada Inc. ("MCI") is pleased to offer a 36-month unlimited mileage newvehicle warranty on your vehicle. This warranty covers repairs on any part of the vehicle supplied by MCI that is defective in material or workmanship, subject to certain exceptions that are stated in your warranty manual. For more details of the warranty, check the warranty manual included with your vehicle, or visit mazda.ca. Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act requires MCI to disclose whether we guarantee the availability of replacement parts, repair services, and information necessary to maintain or repair the vehicle or its components. While MCI is pleased to honour the terms of our warranty, please note that MCI in no way guarantees the availability of replacement parts, repair services and information necessary to maintain or repair of new, Certified Pre-Owned or used vehicle or its components.
